Sales Support (Centralized Customer Service Center)
When our founder, Bill Dowd, started in 1989, he realized he could not service his customers and take all the incoming phone inquiries. Bill recruited his mom and dad to answer and pre-screen the calls. Brilliant! The call centre was born.
Today we have a fully dedicated and staffed call center. Our toll free number answers all of your incoming calls with live, English speaking, domestic personnel. The centre is staffed from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. They are highly skilled at pre-qualifying customer and booking the on-site property assessments for you. That information is instantly available for your Wildlife Specialist on their mobile device. This is a big deal. You have more time to focus on making money or being with your family each evening or weekend.
Start with a digital presence.
Part of our marketing strategy consists of identifying the key points of your market to service and understand including: neighborhoods, different animal species common to the area, competition, and event major events. This allows us to generate a digital footprint and allow you to get found and generate leads from launch. Once you sign your franchise agreement you officially become a licensed franchisee. We will assign a member of our support staff to guide you through the pre-training and pre-opening steps.This ideally starts 4 to 8 weeks prior to your attending training at our headquarters in Hamilton, Ontario.
